New Service Launch: 1:1 Maternity Peer Support

We are excited to launch a new support service within our organisation – Maternity Peer Support 1:1.

This free, one-to-one emotional support is offered to pregnant women and new mothers by trained peer supporters. Sessions can take place online or by phone and are designed to provide a safe, supportive space throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early postnatal period, running in parallel to our Doula Programme.

This service is for women who:

  • Feel isolated, overwhelmed or anxious during pregnancy or after birth,
  • Have experienced previous trauma or difficult birth experiences,
  • Would like someone to talk to who understands their journey.

Languages that we support:

  • Polish
  • Urdu
  • French
  • Shona
  • Russian
  • Spanish
  • Punjabi
