1:1 Maternity Peer Support
You're not meant to navigate pregnancy alone.
Pregnancy and early parenthood can feel overwhelming – especially when you’re far from family, navigating an unfamiliar healthcare system, or facing language and cultural barriers.
Our trained peer supporters are here to walk alongside you, offering practical guidance, emotional support, and a listening ear
You deserve someone in your corner
Something as simple as having one trusted person to talk to can make a huge difference.
Our peer supporters won’t replace your midwife or healthcare team. Instead, they offer something different – time, understanding, reassurance and practical support from someone who has been through pregnancy and early motherhood themselves.
Whether you’re expecting your first baby or adding to your family, we’re here to help you feel more informed, confident and less alone.

What makes our peer support different?
Our peer supporters are:

culturally aware
trauma-informed

We understand that every family’s story is different. That’s why we take time to match parents with the most appropriate volunteer whenever possible.
