Anna is an experienced doula with over 4 years of experience who specialises in birth rights, birth choices and birth physiology. She’s supported 25+ parents as a birth doula and trained with Spinning Babies.
Manisha specialises in perinatal emotional wellbeing and helping parents manage anxiety. She is an experienced antenatal and hypnobirthing teacher and works with parents to help have a calm pregnancy and birth who are experiencing high anxiety; especially those who have experience of infertility and/or loss.
Together they offer a range of online support from conception to 2 years after birth. We have made these services affordable with all profits going back to Support ME, helping us continue to offer funded support to families.

This is an opportunity to speak to Anna or Manisha, for guidance, advice and support to help you make the choices that are right for you. Consultations differ from person to person and will be completely tailored to your needs. You will also receive an email with a summary of what was discussed, the guidance we offered and any relevant resources.
Antenatal & Birth Prep
A 1:1 antenatal programme that will teach you everything you need about birth physiology, positioning, birth choices and your partner’s role. It will be a comprehensive programme that will be tailored to you and your situation, so we will offer you guidance on what’s relevant to you, for example, having a Cesarean or a VBAC. The course includes 2 sessions of up to 2.5 hours each and you’ll be sent a follow-up email with any relevant information.
Postnatal Education & Prep
A 2-2.5-hour session where you’ll learn about what to expect after birth, including postpartum recovery, mental health, partner’s role, ways to aid healing and managing expectations. We will also create a tailored postnatal plan so you can start life with your newborn with calm and confidence.
1:1 Hypnobirthing Session
This is a 2-2.5-hour session for mums and their birth partners to learn how to stay calm throughout labour and birth. You will also learn how to effectively breathe, use aromatherapy and positive affirmations, which are all effective ways to reduce pain and birth trauma. You’ll receive a relevant parent pack as well as the KGH book which includes the MP3 to go along with the programme.
Perinatal Emotional Wellbeing
Your emotional and mental health is extremely important to help you transition through pregnancy and early parenting. This will be a non-judgmental space for you to unload your thoughts and fears, and learn simple and effective ways to reduce anxiety and feel more emotionally balanced. This session will be offered by Manisha, who specialises in anxiety and is also a trainee Counsellor. Each session will be 1 hour and can be booked individually or in blocks of 6.

Birth Trauma Release
If you’ve experienced previous birth trauma, this is a way for you to debrief and process it in a safe and gentle way. Using a combination of talking therapy, NLP and hypnotherapy, we use gentle guided relaxation scripts so you can release your trauma on a subconscious level. This programme consists of 3 sessions, each up 1.5 hours and can be done whether or not you’re expecting another one. You will also be given a recorded guided relaxation to continue the healing, which will be tailored to you.
In-Person Postnatal Support
We also offer in-person postnatal visits which are available in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. Each visit is 3 hours and we cover a range of support such as:
- Tailored massage oils, healing oils and aromatherapy
- Emotional support
