Fast-Track Doula Training
Our Fast-Track Doula Training Programme is designed for doulas who have completed their foundational training elsewhere and are looking for a streamlined path to integrate into the Support ME community. This programme offers a fast-paced route to certification while providing essential support, resources, and client experience.

Client Work: Two birth clients to be completed within 12 months
What’s Included:
- Bump to Baby Course Access: You will gain access to our online “Bump to Baby” video series, which will enhance your understanding of birth and postnatal support.
- Curated Reading List: An in-depth reading list focusing on essential doula practices, perinatal care, and birth work, allowing you to further your knowledge at your own pace.
- Cultural Training: You will attend our training on Culturally Aligned Practice and Level 1 Supporting Muslim Families if applicable.
- Mentoring: From September to February, you’ll join our group mentoring programme, which offers continuous support while you complete your two required births. Mentoring will include personalised guidance from experienced trainers and group mentoring sessions.
- Doula Circles: Fast-track doulas in training will have free access to the Doula Circles, which are ongoing support groups held with the current cohort of trainees. These groups allow doulas to engage with peers, share experiences, and learn from others.
- Access to support groups: You can join our community of doulas, where you can connect with all our doulas, trainees, and mentees.
- Access to free training: All our doulas in training and mentoring can access our CPD training for free. Once you graduate, you can access other CPD training at a reduced rate.
- SME Doula Directory Listing: Upon completing the programme, you will be listed on the Support ME Doula Directory, increasing your visibility to potential clients.
Client Work & Certification:
- You must work with two birth clients in the Support ME Doula Programme. These clients must be completed within 12 months of your mentoring start date.
- If the two client births are not completed within this timeframe, an additional fee (£350) equivalent to the total fast-track course price (£700) will be charged.
